Exercise 1

Number of players: 4
Equipment: 2 markers, 1 ball
Exercise: Goalkeepers lined up as shown. Training begins goalkeeper A. Passes to the ground shortly after the partner C (1). This, in turn, also plays on the ground back to the A (2), indicating a long ball forward player B (3).
